As a (Junior) Event & Operations Manager, you help ensure that events are delivered professionally while also supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the coworking space – from front office to back office – so that everyone enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

  • You will assist with the planning, execution, and follow-up of external and internal events at our coworking space.
  • When events are held on-site, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and handle communication with participants, speakers, external partners, and service providers.
  • In day-to-day operations, you’ll ensure the coworking space runs smoothly—for example, by conducting rounds, handling package deliveries or orders, and making sure members and guests have everything they need for a great day at the hub.
  • You’ll support the front office management team and serve as the point of contact for members, guests, and prospective members.
  • As part of the team, you proactively contribute your ideas to continuously improve processes in event management and operations management.

  • You have relevant professional experience and/or a relevant degree that provides you with a solid technical foundation for this role. For this position, we are looking for initial practical experience in event and office management.
