As a (Junior) Event & Operations Manager, you help ensure that events are delivered professionally while also supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the coworking space – from front office to back office – so that everyone enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

What you will drive forward with us
- You will assist with the planning, execution, and follow-up of external and internal events at our coworking space.
- When events are held on-site, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and handle communication with participants, speakers, external partners, and service providers.
- In day-to-day operations, you’ll ensure the coworking space runs smoothly—for example, by conducting rounds, handling package deliveries or orders, and making sure members and guests have everything they need for a great day at the hub.
- You’ll support the front office management team and serve as the point of contact for members, guests, and prospective members.
- As part of the team, you proactively contribute your ideas to continuously improve processes in event management and operations management.
What you bring to the table
- You have relevant professional experience and/or a relevant degree that provides you with a solid technical foundation for this role. For this position, we are looking for initial practical experience in event and office management.
- You enjoy combining planning with hands-on work—sometimes at your desk, sometimes out in the space with our members.
- You bring a strong willingness to learn, a hands-on mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
- You impress with a reliable, structured, and independent work style and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
- You have a very high level of German proficiency (at least C1) and also possess good English skills.
- You have experience working in a startup or coworking environment and are familiar with the dynamics of agile work cultures.
- You are interested in new ideas, trends, and innovations.
