In your role as Junior Innovation & Marketing Manager, you will ensure that the programs gain visibility and have maximum impact on the startups through clear project structures and targeted marketing initiatives.

What you will drive forward with us
- You contribute to the planning, execution, and follow-up of our startup programs and events.
- During the execution of these programs, you ensure everything runs smoothly by managing communication with participants, mentors, and external partners, and overseeing on-site event organization.
- You further develop our innovation programs, proactively contribute your own ideas, and use market and trend analyses to select suitable startups.
- You support the marketing for the startup programs. This includes social media, newsletters, and press relations to make the programs visible and effective.
- You support campaigns and collaborate with service providers, such as photographers, videographers, and design acencies, to ensure a professional public image.
What you bring to the table
- You have a suitable degree and/or relevant professional experience that provides you with the technical foundation needed for the role. For this position, we particularly value initial practical experience in project management and marketing.
- You excel at organizing and planning, as well as writing and designing presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
- You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality, and a solution-oriented approach.
- You impress with a reliable, structured, and independent work style and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
- You are a talented communicator and find it easy to engage with stakeholders and network confidently in both German and English.
Not required, but definitely helpful
- You have experience working in a startup or coworking environment and are familiar with the dynamics of agile work cultures.
- You are interested in new ideas, trends, and innovations.
