Why this role truly makes an impact
As a Business Development intern, you will work directly at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. You help translate strategic and economic questions into concrete technical solutions, actively contributing to the development of new business models, data-driven processes, and innovative products.
What you will drive forward with us
- You work at the intersection of partner management and technical development, translating business requirements into smart processes, automations, and tools.
- You analyze markets, trends, and technological developments and design AI-supported research workflows.
- You maintain and further develop our partner database, set up intelligent workflows in our CRM system Pipedrive, and ensure that key performance metrics are captured and evaluated.
- You support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of meetings, initiatives, and collaborations.
- You assist the team with startup programs as well as internal and external events.
What you bring to the table
- You are an enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science or a related field, and at least in your second semester.
- You bring a solid understanding of business models, innovation, and the startup ecosystem.
- You are tech-savvy and highly interested in AI/LLMs, automation, and data-driven applications, with some initial hands-on experience.
- Ideally, you have first experience working with CRM systems (such as Pipedrive) and an interest in workflows, data structures, and process design.
- You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality, and a solution-oriented approach.
- You impress with a reliable, structured, and independent work style and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
- You are a talented communicator and find it easy to engage with stakeholders and network confidently in both German and English.
Not required, but definitely helpful
- You have experience working in a startup or coworking environment and are familiar with the dynamics of agile work cultures.
- You are interested in new ideas, trends, and innovations.
