Deine Aufgaben
In unserem Coworking- und Event-Space sitzen über 190 Startups und Corporate-Innovationsteams. Zudem finden regelmäßig zahlreiche öffentliche und private Events wie Workshops, Meetups und Netzwerk-Veranstaltungen bei uns statt. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/einer vielseitig begabten Auszubildenden im Bereich Veranstaltungs- und Office-Management. Für diesen Bereich bist Du mitverantwortlich. Hierzu gehören viele, abwechslungsreiche Themen, wie z.B. Community-Management, Vertrieb, Einkauf und Operations. Werde Teil unseres internationalen Teams und erlebe unsere hybride und dynamische Arbeitswelt!
  
 Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
 
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortungsbereiche für unsere Coworking- und Eventflächemanagement in Frankfurt und bist dabei Ansprechpartner für unsere Community und Partner vor Ort 
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Betreuung und dem Empfang unserer Community und Partner sowie von Gästen und Event-Teilnehmern*innen vor Ort mit.
  • Nach einer Einarbeitungsphase organisierst Du für interessierte Gäste Rundgänge, in denen Du in das zentrale Konzept des TechQuartiers einführst.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Terminkoordination, Vorbereitung und Verwaltung unserer Meetingräume und Eventflächen sowie die Bedienung der vorhandenen Technik.
  • Du unterstützt bei allgemeinen Office Tätigkeiten und trägst im täglichen Geschäft zu einem reibungslosen Betrieb des Coworking Space bei.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Annahme von (telefonischen) Anfragen einschließlich der Erstberatung.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Erstellung und Pflege unserer KPIs im Bereich Operations & Community Management.
  • Du unterstützt die Planung und Koordinierung des On- und Offboardings von Community Mitgliedern.
  • Du wirkst mit bei Monitoring, Tracking, Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung von Coworking- und Community-Angeboten
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung mit Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-) Abitur.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse. 
  • Du bist neugierig und interessiert an der Startup-Welt und hast Lust in eine spannende Arbeitswelt zu starten.  
  • Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise und bist sehr zuverlässig. 
  • Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und hast ein großes Organisationstalent sowie große Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, Hands-on-Mentalität und Lösungsorientierung mit.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS‐Office und hast Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Computer- und Online-Tools
Keine Notwendigkeit, aber sicher hilfreich
  • Du hast bereits erste Kontaktpunkte mit der Start-up Welt gesammelt. Begriffe wie Accelerator, Hackathon oder Pitch Deck sind dir vertraut.
  • Du hast bereits in einem Praktikum oder einem Nebenjob Erfahrungen im Kundenmanagement und/oder Eventbereich gemacht.
  • Du hast eine hohe persönliche Leidenschaft für Innovationsthemen und eine agile Arbeitsweise.

Your tasks
Our coworking and event space is home to over 190 startups and corporate innovation teams. We also regularly host numerous public and private events such as workshops, meetups and networking events. We are looking for a multi-talented apprentice in the field of event and office management. You will be jointly responsible for this area. This includes many varied topics, such as community management, sales, purchasing and operations. Become part of our international team and experience our hybrid and dynamic working environment!

Your tasks include:

  • You will be responsible for our coworking and event space management in Frankfurt and will be the contact person for our community and partners on site 
  • You will be actively involved in looking after and welcoming our community and partners as well as guests and event participants on site.
  • After a training phase, you will organize tours for interested guests in which you will introduce them to the central concept of TechQuartier.
  • You will be jointly responsible for coordinating appointments, preparing and managing our meeting rooms and event spaces as well as operating the available technology.
  • You will provide support with general office activities and contribute to the smooth running of the coworking space on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will be jointly responsible for accepting (telephone) inquiries, including the initial consultation.
  • You actively support the creation and maintenance of our KPIs in the area of Operations & Community Management.
  • You support the planning and coordination of the onboarding and offboarding of community members.
  • You will be involved in the monitoring, tracking, improvement and further development of coworking and community offerings.
Your profile
  • You have completed your school education with a Realschule certificate or (Fach-) Abitur.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and a good level of English. 
  • You are curious and interested in the startup world and would like to start in an exciting working environment.  
  • You have a structured and independent way of working and are very reliable. 
  • You are service-oriented and have great organizational skills and enjoy working with people.
  • You have a high willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality and are solution-oriented.
  • You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with various computer and online tools.
Not required, but certainly helpful
  • You have already had your first contact with the startup world. You are familiar with terms such as accelerator, hackathon or pitch deck.
  • You have already gained experience in customer management and/or event management in an internship or part-time job.
  • You have a strong personal passion for innovation topics and an agile way of working.
